Attention all members of Local 282:
It is with deepest regret that we inform you of the line of duty death of Toronto, Ontario District Chief, Robert Leek a member of IAFF Local 3888. Chief Leek collapsed on August 10th while assisting crews battling a seven - alarm fire.
Funeral services for Brother Leek will be held in Toronto on Friday morning, August 15th at 11:00 a.m.
Local 282 is making travel arrangements for Friday morning and invites all members to participate. Dress uniform only.
Any member wishing to attend the services should call the Union office at ext. 182, or contact your District Trustee.

The Board has Filed a Class Action Grievance against Memo #13 the vacan building inspections. We are awaiting word from the Building Inspectors.

$150 includes golf, lunch, dinner and cart
